Federal judge says Virginia lawsuit against Democare can go forward

Well, well, well, the supposedly certain dismissal of Ken Cuccinelli’s lawsuit against Democare didn’t happen; Judge Henry Hudson has allowed it to proceed (Richmond Times-Dispatch).

The Dems will scream about Hudson being a Republican judge, but it should be noted that he was elected and re-elected Commonwealth’s Attorney in . . . Arlington County, VA.

He was also confirmed by the Daschle-controlled Senate in 2002 – at a time when they would refuse to give a hearing to nominees they didn’t like.

I’m just sayin’.
