Funny, Marsha Blackburn (one of the 228 who shot down the bailout) doesn’t sound ignorant or “irresponsible.” In fact, she sounds perfectly reasonable. I guess this is what happens when you don’t succumb to mass hysteria; those in the throes of the panic can’t understand a word you’re saying.
