Who voted against party lines on the SB6009S1 (UPDATED)

Delegate Ben Cline (R- 24th: Amherst, Rockbridge, Buena Vista, Lexington, and Augusta), presented the list of the Dems who voted against the bill - Danny Bowling (3rd: Buchanan and Tazewell),  Joseph P. Johnson, Jr. (4th: Washington and Bristol), Dwight Cinton Jones (70th: Richmond and Henrico), Clarence Phillips (2nd: Russell, Dickenson, Wise, and Norton), and our favorite Democrat, Johnny Joannou (79th: Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Suffolk).  One Republican voted in favor: Thomas Davis Rust (86th: Fairfax and Loudoun).  If that doesn’t scream for a primary challenge, I don’t know what does.  Source, as always today: Garren Shipley.

UPDATE: Democrat Onzlee Ware (11th: Roanoke City and County) also voted no.  Chuck Caputo (D-67th: Fairfax and Loudoun) and Lacey Putney (I-19th: Bedford City and County, and Botetourt) are the absent delegates today.
