I’m Dixie?

I stumbled across this Yankee/Dixie test via Below the Beltway (Doug got it from Vivian Paige).  It sounded like fun, so I took it.

My score?

55% (Dixie). Barely into the Dixie category.

Somehow, I’m in the margin of error with Viv, despite spending the first half on my life in New Jersey, then splitting the next dozen years between Williamsburg and Fairfax County.

I guess these five-plus years in Spostylvania have really had an impact.

    Even though I grew up in No. Va., I tested at 64%. I can blame my grandparents (natives of Union Grove, N.C.) on that one.

    Life long resident of Caroline County (the boonie part of it): 56% (Dixie). Barely into the Dixie category.
