I have to give Bowden credit for this one

Jim Bowden also has the President’s farm bill veto message up, with an intro that is truly priceless (emphasis added):

Here is the message George Bush sent. It lacks the Dear Rob salutation, but it addressed to all the tax and spend Congressmen.

OUCH!
