My ego did indeed feast on being the first one to come out swinging against the Virginia Republican transportation tax hike, but I am happy to note that I wasn’t the first by much.
Below the Beltway (“Another Sell-Out By Northern Virginia Republicans“) and The Ward View (“What part of ‘no tax increase’ do you not understand?“) gave the tax hike the rhetorical double barrel mere minutes after I did. Bacon’s Rebellion wasn’t happy either: “Better for the entire GOP package – even the worthy reforms – to go down in flames than for this abomination to be enacted in law.” Here, here, BR!
