The Syrian Reform Party, the East Turkestan government-in-exile, and many others have been speaking out for years, but MSM doesn’t want to listen to them (they prefer the Bush-bashing CAIR). Kamal Nawash (a fellow Virginian, BTW, he was a GOP candidate for State Senate in NOVA back in 2003), has also been doing this for several years with his organization: The Free Muslims Coalition (http://www.freemuslims.org/).
